By booking an appointment us, you AGREE to all of our terms, conditions and policies.
Before Booking
We strongly encourage clients to review our policies and pre/post-care instructions before booking to ensure that esthetic treatments and permanent makeup are the right choice for you.
If you have upcoming events or vacations, please schedule your appointment accordingly to allow for proper healing. If you need help planning your session, we’re happy to assist—just reach out before booking.
If you have had previous permanent makeup (such as microblading or eyebrow tattooing) done elsewhere, please contact us before booking. We may request makeup-free photos to determine the best approach for correction. In some cases, removal may be necessary before further treatment. Failure to disclose prior permanent makeup may result in denial of service, and your deposit will be forfeited.
Consultation
A consultation is not required but is recommended for those new to esthetic treatments or semi-permanent makeup. This complimentary consultation allows us to assess your skin type, review any medical conditions that may affect the procedure, and address any questions or concerns you may have.
If you fail to disclose any contraindications, do not follow pre- and post-care instructions, or engage in activities that interfere with healing, your appointment may be canceled, and your deposit will be non-refundable.
Security Deposit
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Esthetic treatments can be paid in full through online booking, while permanent makeup appointments require a 50% deposit.
Deposits can be made via cash, Venmo, Zelle, or credit card and will be applied toward your total service cost. The remaining balance will be due upon completion of your treatment.
Payment
We accept Cash, Venmo, Zelle, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Prices are subject to change without notice. Credit Card payments are subjected to an additional 3% processing fee.
Cancellation/Reschedule
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment. Esthetic treatments can be paid in full through online booking, while permanent makeup appointments require a 50% deposit.

Late/No Show
Please arrive on time out of respect for our clients and staff. If you are running late, we will do our best to accommodate you. However, if you are more than 15 minutes late, we cannot guarantee your appointment, and it may be canceled without a refund or transfer of your deposit.
If you fail to call or show up for your appointment (no-show), your deposit will be forfeited and cannot be transferred to another appointment.
Results
While esthetic treatments and permanent cosmetic tattooing are effective for most clients, individual biological factors may affect the outcome and are beyond our control. We will make every effort to achieve optimal results, but we cannot guarantee a specific look or outcome from the procedure.
